We
know how important it is for you to celebrate your faith and the
hope
of the resurrection at the time your loved one goes home.
Jesus gave us
great hope that the grave is not the end for all who believe.
Jesus spoke
these words to his disciples when his own death was close at hand.
He said,
Do not let your hearts
be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in Me. In Gods house
are many rooms;
if it were not so, I would havetold you. I am going there to prepare
a place for you. And if I go
and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to
be with me that you also
may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.
John 14:1-4
Some of the disciples were
unsure about what happens to a loved one who dies.
For those who are not sure about life after death, Jesus gives
us these comforting words
I am the resurrection
and the life. All who believe in Me will live, even though they
die;
and whoever lives and believes in Me will never die. John
11:25
The Apostle
Paul tells us that to be absent from the body
is to be present with the Lord
.II Corinthians 5:8
We say a special prayer for
your loved one and pray that God's peace will shelter and comfort
you and your loved ones during this time of sorrow. And we hope
that you find comfort knowing
and trusting you will see your loved one again.
Always remember...
your loved one is still in your heart and will always remain
in your memories but most important... your loved one's..."in
His Peace!"
